HIGHLIGHT FILMS
Love the idea of a wedding video...
but not keen on a full 30-minute film?
If you’re not totally sold on hiring a full-on videographer but still want a little movie magic from your big day, I’ve got just the thing. My highlight film is a short, sweet, and beautifully edited video that captures all the best bits—without the commitment of a full-length production. It’s the perfect middle ground for couples who want the feels without the fuss.
How It Works ..
Thanks to a little camera magic (and some clever tech), I’m able to seamlessly switch between photo and video throughout your wedding day—no need for a separate videographer.
My main priority will always be capturing your photos, especially during key moments like your first kiss, walking down the aisle, or that epic confetti shot. But in between those moments, I’ll also be recording short video clips to create a beautiful 2–3 minute highlight film that tells the story of your day.
The final film is set to licensed music, and I may include snippets of audio from your ceremony or speeches - if they fit the vibe and the audio quality is spot-on. That said, I typically only include ceremony audio ultimately based on quality and how well it fits the final film artistically.
.
What’s Not Included
While I aim to capture the magic of your day in both photo and video, there are a few things I don’t offer as part of my highlight film service:
- Full-length recording of your ceremony (this can be done but at an additional fee and provided as RAW footage)
- Full speeches from start to finish
- A guarantee that audio from your day will be included
- Coverage of every single moment (I’m good, but I’m still just one person!)
- 4K video (your film will be delivered in HD)
I’m a photographer first and foremost, and while I can sprinkle in video moments to create a beautiful highlight film, I’m not a full replacement for a dedicated videographer. If you’re after full ceremony coverage, full speeches, or high-end video production, I absolutely recommend hiring a professional videographer alongside me, I’d be more than happy to recommend some great ones!
