HOW DO WE BOOK?

I’m so glad you asked! Booking your wedding photography is super simple - here’s how it works:

1. Reach Out
2. Fill out my contact form with your wedding date, location, and a few fun details (yes, I want to hear about your theme, your venue, and whether there will be a late-night taco truck).
3. Let’s Chat
4. I’ll reply within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and chat. It’s a chill convo to get to know each other, make sure we’re a good fit, and for you to ask anything - photography-related or otherwise.
5. Lock It In
6. If you're ready to make it official, I’ll send over a custom booking proposal with your chosen package details, contract, and a retainer invoice (50%). Sign it, pay it—and boom—you’re booked!
7. The Countdown Begins
8. I’ll be your photo BFF leading up to the big day—helping with timeline tips, vendor recommendations, and moral support. We’ll also schedule your engagement shoot (if it’s included), which is basically a fun warm-up for the wedding day.
9. The Big Day
10. I’ll show up with good vibes, extra memory cards, and a whole lot of enthusiasm. I’ll be capturing all the laughs, tears, dance moves, and everything in between, while blending into the background like a ninja with a camera.
11. The Delivery
12. After the wedding, I’ll back up your photos in about three different places (because I love you and I’m paranoid). Then I’ll carefully edit each image and deliver your full online gallery within 12 weeks. You’ll get high-res downloads, shareable links, and all the feels.

Do you help in the planning process?

Absolutely! While I won’t choose your centerpieces (unless you really want me to), I’m more than happy to help with timeline tips, lighting advice, and what time of day will make your photos look like they belong in a movie. I’ve been to a lot of weddings - consider me your unofficial, photo-savvy sidekick.

Can we have a second photographer?

Yes, totally! A second shooter can be added to your package for $125/per hour with a minimum time of 5 hours. They're great for capturing different angles and extra candids while I focus on the main moments. Think of them as my photography partner in crime.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Heck yes! Engagement sessions are a fun, low-pressure way to get comfy in front of the camera before the big day. Plus, they’re perfect for save-the-dates, wedding websites, or just having cute photos to spam your Instagram. Engagement sessions are $395 and include 30 minutes shooting time, and include an all inclusive (all the good pics) gallery delivered online.

What's your ETA on our photos?

You’ll get a sneak peek within a 48 hours (because I know waiting is the hardest part), and your full gallery will be ready within 12 weeks. The time frames vary pending my workload. I take my time to make sure every image is beautifully edited - but not so long that you’re wondering if I ran off to live in the mountains.

What gear do you use?

I use professional mirrorless cameras, I shoot with top of the link Sony cameras a variety of Sony lenses for different vibes, and backups for everything - because tech can be tricky and I’m not about to miss anything. I come fully equipped and then some.

How much is it to reserve our date?

To officially lock in your date, I require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer within 24 hours of invoicing. Once that’s in, your date is all yours - and I promise not to ghost you.

Do you travel?

Yes - As far as love takes me! I’m based in Brisbane, but I happily travel AUSTRALIA WIDE (and NZ) for weddings. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside a certain distance, but I’ll always be upfront about any extra costs. Passport is ready if needed!
